The Brownbuilt profile mobile mill was a first in South Africa and since then GRS found ways to launch improved mobile manufacturing facilities. The fleet of mobile mills is state of the art and fully self-contained production equipment designed to produce at any location.

Presently a fleet of 16 Mobile Mills are available.

Furthermore, the transverse stiffener rolls producing Klip-Tite flatten the pan and prevent bowing to produce an aesthetic flat pan, a first to the South African market.

The technology applied to form the S-bends allows for accurate adjustment and tight tolerances ensuring a snug fit to the interlocking concealed fix clip which is important to increase the wind uplift capacity of the sheet.
The capacity of the components in the mills allows for quick production without sacrificing quality which saves time for the roofing contractor. Electric motor sizes allow for sheets to be produced to any required length.
Furthermore, sheets can be roll-formed to the top of the roof structure, saving time, and minimizing handling.
