ZincAL® Aluminium-Zinc coating technology has been developed to represent the optimum point on the corrosion curve due to the sacrificial action of the Zinc content – thereby providing an even longer service life and increased resistance to corrosion compared to standard galvanizing. The metallic finish of ZincAL® provides superior thermal protection and added aesthetic value.

ColorPLUS® is a highly durable, modified polyester and PVdf coating to help protect against harsh climatic conditions.

Zincal

Innovative methods and production techniques are taking steel to new levels of strength, formability and versatility. In Zincal®, the durability and service life of modern coated steel is extended even further.

Zincal® is produced by a unique, efficient process whereby rolled steel is continuously hot dipped into 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon Alloy.

This patented coating protects the steel in two ways:

  • The aluminium component of the coating provides a tough physical barrier between the extreme atmospheric conditions and the inner core of steel

  • The zinc in the coating provides sacrificial protection and also protects the steel at the cut edges

Colorplus

Colorplus® (Modified polyester paint coating)

This range can be used in both roof sheeting and interior cladding and has a gloss finish.

The paint coating is applied to AZ100 and AZ150 coated base metal and has a primer on the top surface only.

The paint coating can also be applied to an AZ200 base metal, with a primer on both the top and bottom surface.

This pre-painted product will then be referred to as Colorplus® Ultima and offers extended service life.

The Colorplus® range also includes a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVdf) paint system that is designed for projects situated in highly corrosive external and internal environments.
