PV Clamps
GRS supply PV clamps which do not affect the guarantees issued by GRS. Third party PV clamps complying to the GRS technical specifications and installation methodology will not invalidate guarantees issued by GRS. The technical and installation requirements will be determined from time to time with reference to best practice and sound technical and engineering standards.

GRS PV Clamps
This structural clamping component, manufactured from aluminium, is suited to fit the GRS Concealed fix profiles. The clamp will include hardware manufactured from stainless steel.

The PV clamp has a non-abrasive clamping action and is compatible with most common coated roofing materials, except copper. The clamps are available in various assembly options to suit various rail-mounted PV systems.
The bracket must not be fitted directly over the sheeting clips (at purlin) but a minimum of 100mm away. If the bracket is directly over the sheeting’s fixing clip, it will interfere with the thermal expansion action between the sheeting’s clip and the sheet.

The M8 cap screws are to be torqued to 15Nm.
