Continuous Lengths, On-Site: Our mobile mills can produce Klip-Tite™ sheets to any length directly on your project site! This eliminates the need for unsightly and potentially leaky end laps, enhancing both aesthetics and watertightness.
Reduced Oil Canning: Thanks to motorised driven de-coilers, the sheet strip isn't under tension during roll-forming, effectively reducing "oil canning" (the wavy appearance often seen in metal sheets).
Perfect Drainage: Sheets are cut with a guillotine during roll-forming, ensuring a clean, precise gutter-end cut. This optimises water drainage and minimises edge-creep issues that can arise from rough cuts.

Curving: Crank curved (convex only) to any radius over 800mm.
