Here is Gerrit's story:

"It is my pleasure to celebrate 25 years with this wonderful company, Global Roofing Solutions. It's been an incredible journey, filled with both highs and lows, but ultimately, it has been a journey that has enriched me both professionally and personally.

When I started working for this company, I was young and inexperienced in the sheeting industry, but I was full of passion and determination. I was eager to learn, grow and make a meaningful contribution to the organisation.

Over the years, I have been blessed with the guidance and mentorship of some remarkable individuals who have helped me develop my skills, build my confidence, and become a more effective leader.

I have seen the company evolve, adapt to changes in the market, embrace new technologies, and expand its reach across the globe. I am proud to have been a part of this journey, and to have contributed to the growth and success of GRS in my small way.

Throughout my tenure, I have had the opportunity to work with some truly outstanding colleagues. I have made lifelong friendships and professional connections that will stay with me forever. The camaraderie, collaboration, and support that I have experienced at GRS are truly unparalleled.

But most importantly, I am grateful for the opportunities that GRS has given me to serve others. I've always felt that my work had a positive impact on the world around me, whether it was through initiatives, professional outreach, or simply providing excellent service to our customers.
